Newest Members - Welcome!

We welcome our newest members to the SDPA.

Rhonda L. Henning is at the Buckmeier & Daane Law firm in Sioux City, IA. Rhonda has a paralegal degree from National Institute of Paralegal Arts & Sciences in Boca Raton, FL as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.  She has been at her present job for 15+ years as a legal assistant.  She works in personal injury and criminal and civil litigation. The attorneys she works with practice in multiple states and believes her SDPA membership will benefit her in her South Dakota jurisdiction cases.  We welcome Rhonda!

Amanda Bain is with the Richardson, Wyly, Wise, Sauck & Hieb firm in Aberdeen. Amanda has a 4 year degree from Northern State University. She has one year of experience as a legal assistant at her present position. The majority of her work is assisting in family law. She joined SDPA because it was recommended to her by other certified paralegals in her office.  She and her husband Scott have a four year old child, Camryn Bain. We are happy to have Amanda as a new member.

We also have new student members. They are:

Jessica Brown from Colorado Technical University in Sioux Falls. Jessica has attended a number of our paralegal noon lunches and is becoming familiar with our Sioux Falls group.

Jolene Wipf is a Globe University/Minnesota School of Business paralegal student in their on-line campus.  Jolene has also attended a number of the Sioux Falls lunches.

Casandra Hoffman is a student at Western Dakota Technical Institute in Rapid City.

Jennifer Pigsley is also a Western Dakota Technical Institute student.

Both of the Western Dakota Technical Institute students were recommended by Mayra Tellinghuisen, Program Director, who is a great supporter of SDPA.

Again, we would encourage all of our members to contact other paralegals in the profession who may benefit from our membership. We have exciting seminars and provide an excellent resource for updating our knowledge of our profession.
