Welcome to the South Dakota Paralegal Association (SDPA) Website.

Membership to SDPA is open to paralegal students, the experienced paralegal and the new paralegal graduate. The South Dakota Paralegal Association is an organization of paralegals whose goals are to advance the educational standards of the profession, encourage ethical and professional achievement and promote the paralegal profession. 

There are many benefits to members and those individuals interested in joining SDPA including the opportunity to meet other legal professionals, attend our seminars, obtain CLE credits to go toward NALA certification, join our local luncheons offered monthly throughout the state, further professional development, develop leadership skills and promote the legal profession.
