My Place Hotels of America, LLC is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Legal Assistant to join our legal team. As a legal assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the legal department's operations and assisting in various legal matters related to the franchising of hotels. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment and gain valuable experience in the legal aspects of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of individuals both orally and in writing.
  2. Ability to proofread material for grammatical, typographical, or spelling errors.
  3. Comprehension and experience of real estate transactions.
  4. Draft and revise entity and organizational documents.
  5. Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  6. Support the preparation and submission of necessary reports and documentation.
  7. Conduct research and gather relevant information as directed.
  8. Complete other projects as assigned.
