Tracye Sherrill, of Kidd Lawflin Kilburg, PC LLO, is looking for a full time on-site paralegal for her office in Sioux Falls. Her practice is focused on workers' compensation and insurance defense. This position will require a paralegal with experience in this field to assist with requesting, reviewing, and sorting through medical records as well as drafting discovery responses. Kidd Lawflin Kilburg has offices in six different states with approximately 26 attorneys, however the Sioux Falls office will mainly be assisted with the Omaha branch.
