Dues for new members are pro-rated quarterly, plus the $10 application fee. Applications made from April 1-June 30 require 75% of the annual dues. Applications made between July 1-September 30 require 50% of the annual dues. Applications made between October 1-December 31 require 25% of the annual dues.
